ECIC partnered with the Clean Energy Resource Teams to host a facilitated planning discussion with representatives of Great River Energy's Member-Owner cooperatives. The discussion focused on the design of implementation strategies for distributed energy resources (DERs) as part of ECIC and GRE's learning partnership, the DER Innovation Initiative.
