Chan presents at the University of Nebraska Rural Reconciliation Project

Chan presented with co-author Alexandra Klass at the University of Nebraska's Rural Reconciliation Project on their paper "Cooperative Clean Energy." The Project writes, "the talk explored the important, unique, and under-studied role of electric cooperatives, particularly rural electric cooperatives, in the U.S. energy system and the green energy transition more specifically."
