Taylor discusses local ownership alternatives to PG&E with KCRA

Taylor spoke with Vicki Gonzalez from KCRA on the potential for local ownership as an altnernative to PG&E. "If your local electric cooperative messes up, you’re going to see that general manager at your church, at the boardroom and have a conversation with them. If the board members screws up, then you can vote them out and run for the board yourself."
